Write market-facing collateral for our payments solutions from social posts to blogs and long-form thought leadership content, and everything in between, such as newsletters, thought-leadership papers, infographics, videos, case studies, web pages, etc. Leverage your strong critical thinking and interpretation skills to collate your own and others research and in-person interviews into market-ready complex B2B persona targeted content Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and behaviours Follow Electrum's writing and other brand guidelines to ensure that brand standards are met particularly in regards to a consistent tone of voice and standardised word usage Self manage, self-edit and self check your work Optimise writing and marketing principles by learning through analytics and content performance Monitor and apply the latest B2B technology writing trends and best practices Requirements A Bachelor's degree with honours, preferably in sciences, technology, law or business A minimum of 3 years experience spanning any technical environment in which you conducted writing assignments Preference will be given to marketing, technical and B2B experience within the software and financial services industries Proven experience in turning complex B2B technical concepts into easily understood value-based content for business personas Additional skills An analytical thinker Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Are a highly motivated, independent self-starter Great communication skills and a passion for telling stories through a variety of media Experience with Google Suite and Google Analytics Some exposure to marketing tools i.e., Hubspot, Mailchimp, URL shorteners, etc A good work-life balance is very important at Electrum.
