The role is responsible for growing and driving revenue, sales and marketing related KPIs for the various products within the companys Financial Services stable including payments, lending, insurance, and digital lifestyle solutions across business and consumers verticals. It will provide clear direction for strategic planning related to go-to-market activities, marketing investment, and retrospective media and creative performance campaign analysis.This role will work closely with the Product, Analytics, Brand, Social Media, UX, Operations, and Finance within companies Financial Services teams. Outputs include driving GTM campaign strategies and plans to deliver on overall marketing, brand and commercial goals within the various business units.The candidate needs to be well versed in driving ROI through digital media channels/measurement and performance tracking of budgets VS business KPIs. Experience in running on the ground activation campaigns is a plus. Core Competencies, Knowledge and Experience (max 5): Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience essential in Digital/ATL Media and Owned Channels:Proficient in managing both digital and above-the-line (ATL) media channels, ensuring cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns.Leverage internal communications channels to drive campaign performance within the companies audience baseDriving Commercial & Operational Targets:Proven track record in achieving commercial and operational targets for the portfolio domain, including sales, revenue, profitability, and product/service adoption.Strategic Planning and Competitive Market Positioning:Expertise in creating and executing strategic plans aimed at gaining market share from competitors, with a focus on innovative and effective market positioning.Versed in audience segmentation and key messaging approach for eachAgency and Media Management:Extensive experience in managing creative agencies and media for large consumer-facing brands, ensuring high-quality and impactful marketing outputs.Key Stakeholder ManagementSkilled in working within complex organizations, capable of building strong relationships and credibility at multiple levels both internally and externally.Must have technical / professional qualifications:3 year Business/Marketing related Degree or National Diploma essential
