The Product Marketing Lead is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that effectively communicate the value of the company's products to target audiences. Responsibilities: Create and execute comprehensive product marketing plans aligned with business objectives. Define product positioning, messaging and value propositions that differentiate products in the market. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends and competitive landscape. Analyse market data and customer insights to inform product development and marketing strategies. Plan and execute product launches, including coordinating cross-functional teams, creating marketing collateral, and managing promotional activities. Monitor and analyse launch performance to optimise future product introductions. Oversee the creation of product-related content, including brochures, white papers, case studies, and website copy. Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels. Work closely with product management, sales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment on product strategy and customer messaging. Provide sales enablement materials and training to support the sales team in effectively communicating product benefits. Track and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Provide regular reporting on key metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Essential Requirements: Diploma or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Certificate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field will be beneficial. 5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the technology or software industry. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in a competitive market. Strong understanding of market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis. Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms. Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing will be beneficial.
