Manage the full product lifecycle of our waterproofing product category.
Drive product development, market positioning, customer engagement, and innovation, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies that align with evolving market trends and customer needs.
Oversee product performance through in-depth analysis, manage pricing strategies, and drive profitability targets.
Lead product innovation by identifying market gaps, driving new product development (NPD), and overseeing successful product launches.
Conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis to maintain and strengthen the product's market position.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and production, to ensure seamless product development and market introduction.
Deliver expert product-related training, technical support, and market insights to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
We are looking for a driven professional with an Engineering-related qualification in Civil, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
An additional business qualification would be advantageous.
You should have at least 3 years of product management experience in a B2B or manufacturing environment.
Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills are essential.
A valid driver's license and proficiency in MS Office are required.
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing market dynamics, driving the product strategy roadmap, and managing product lifecycles.
You will also engage with suppliers, production teams, and marketing specialists to deliver innovative and customer-focused waterproofing solutions.
