We are looking for a Product Manager for our Trauma and Extremities division to lead strategic marketing initiatives, analyze competitive and customer insights, and develop value propositions that drive growth. This role requires cross-functional collaboration to optimize customer engagement, execute marketing plans, and contribute to the division's success.What you will doConduct competitive analysis to assess market dynamics, product features, and competitive positioning, using established tools and networks.Gather and utilize customer insights to articulate value propositions tailored to specific audiences and identify unexpressed customer needs.Translate strategic marketing plans into actionable activities, including product launches and campaign execution, while supporting the development of key strategy documents.Develop accurate volume forecasts, leveraging market research and sales data, and propose recommendations on strategic focus areas.Lead value proposition development and customer segmentation efforts to align product positioning with customer needs and competitive dynamics.Collaborate on creating pricing strategies and communication plans consistent with marketing objectives and brand positioning.Analyze marketing channel effectiveness and develop tools to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction, setting measurable goals and KPIs.Establish and maintain cross-functional partnerships to support business objectives, demonstrating financial acumen and contributing to team development through coaching and mentoring.What you needRequiredMinimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Marketing position in medical industryBachelor's degree in the medical field, marketing or business administrationExcellent presentation and interpersonal communications skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)PreferredExperience in marketing within trauma and extremities portfolio with proven track record showing impact on salesAbility to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
