If youre passionate about agriculture, skilled in sales management, and thrive in a challenging environment, this is your chance to make a significant career move!Major Purpose:In this role, you will develop and achieve marketing goals and objectives within a defined geographic area. Your responsibilities will include building and managing channel partnerships, promoting the company's products and services, and managing company assets. You may also share responsibility for overall channel partner performance within your territory.Major Duties:Advise channel partners on product, marketing, financial, and management-related matters.Optimize company asset management for maximum return.Manage contractual relationships, act as a liaison, and resolve issues between channel partners and the company.Meet sales and market share goals, whether through direct sales or channel partners.Monitor channel partner performance and implement corrective actions as needed.Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to the Division.Collaborate with other divisions and departments to enhance relationships and achieve enterprise objectives.Deliver training to channel partners.Skills, Abilities & Knowledge:Strong technical understanding of heavy agricultural equipment with 3-5 years of proven experience in the field.Familiarity with dealers and other sales channels.Willingness to travel within assigned regions.Knowledge of dealer business practices, finance programs, and products.Broad-based business, sales, and marketing skills.How to Apply: If you meet these qualifications, please send your resume DIRECTLY to lolroux
