Product (Winning Portfolio):
Monitor stock levels.
Prepare stock re-order proposals.
Define stock holding models at branches.
Stock profile analysis for optimisation of sales range.
Pricing (Commercial Excellence):
Supplier (IC and 3rd party) price and supplier competitiveness position managed.
Manage discount level and implement controls.
Evaluate and understand market related pricing levels.
Advise on contract pricing and special orders.
General:
Follow competitive trends and activities.
Know your market.
Digital:
Customer relationship management (Salesforce) data record program integration.
Follow sales management data through Evolution and Power BI.
Financial (Superior Core and Support Processes):
Sales management against product groups within the portfolio.
Manage sales and margin results against budget.
Report against product group trading numbers as required.
Safety, Health & Environmental Standards:
Ensure that a safe and healthy work environment is maintained.
Report health and safety risks and issues to a HSE Rep.
Health and safety procedures are adhered to and updated as laid down by legislation.
Job Requirements:
Education:
Matric / Grade 12
Relevant tertiary qualification (sales / marketing)
Valid, unendorsed SA Driver's License
