You'll spearhead cross-functional collaborations and inspire a talented team to deliver impactful solutions that contribute to Saint-Gobain's long-term vision.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute product strategies by crafting and implementing strategies to achieve commercial objectives for the product portfolio.Conduct periodic reviews of the portfolio to optimize efficiency, profitability, and market relevance.Lead innovation initiatives, product launches, and cross-functional collaborations to champion new solutions.Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer needs to ensure a competitive edge.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and industry organizations.Collaborate on the creation of marketing plans, communication tools, and promotional materials aligned with strategy.Track and analyze product performance metrics to ensure sales and profitability targets are met.Ensure effective coordination across functions to achieve business objectives.Qualifications:The role requires a three-year qualification in marketing, business management, or a related field, with an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification being advantageous but not mandatory (Engineering Qualification would be highly advantageous).
