Product Manager: Pet Insurance Join TIH, home to some of South Africa's leading financial service providers, and grow your career while being part of an organisation with purpose. Job Purpose
Manage the launch of the Pet Insurance product, growing the product and managing product enhancements. Own profit and loss and ensure continuous profitability of the product.

Responsibilities Brand: Oversee a particular area, product or service within the larger brand strategy, managing development and delivery. Marketing: Oversee a particular area, product or service within the larger marketing strategy, managing development and delivery. Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and manage stakeholders up to top management level, addressing their needs/issues/concerns and coordinating the development of stakeholder engagement plans. Technical Support: Offer technical support to operational areas of the business, including Sales and Operations. Coordinate the success of the Pet Profit & Loss and develop strong relationships with internal key stakeholders. Product and Solution Development: Manage the definition, development, and delivery of significant products or services within the product development program, ensuring alignment with customer requirements. Data Collection and Analysis: Make authoritative recommendations impacting the business, monitor financial performance, and evaluate product performance analysis. Project Management: Manage a portfolio of projects while reporting to senior colleagues and attend meetings with the Product UMA to explore new ideas. Compliance: Identify shortcomings in compliance processes and ensure the Pet product meets regulatory requirements and TCF principles. Insights and Reporting: Prepare and coordinate various data and analytics reports, reviewing customer feedback to ensure product alignment with expectations. Education
Grade 12/ SAQA Accredited Equivalent (Essential); Veterinarian Qualification (Essential); STI Qualification (Advantageous).

Experience
5 or more years' experience and full knowledge of End to End Pet Product (Essential); 2 or more years' experience in a regulated environment (Essential); Experience in the Financial Services Industry (Advantageous).
