Details of the offer

Zepz is the group powering two leading global remittance brands: WorldRemit and Sendwave.
Since 2010, we have been disrupting an industry previously dominated by offline legacy players with our relentless focus on reducing the cost of remittances and increasing safety and convenience for our users.
Every day, our people work to unlock the prosperity of cross-border communities through finance and technology - driven by our vision of a world that celebrates migrants' impact on prosperity, at home and abroad.
In 2023, our brands helped cross-border communities send over $15bn from 50 countries to recipients in 130 countries.
We operate over 2800 money transfer corridors worldwide and employ over 1,000 people globally.
Zepz is a remote-first employer, with team members located across six continents.
We act like owners - We are relentlessly delivering for our users and spending money thoughtfully.
We embrace embarrassing honesty - We function best when we're open and honest with one another — especially about our challenges and doubts.
We have a bias to action - We get to first outcomes quickly, iterate and learn.
We strive to be better - We may make mistakes, but always learn from them.
We are inclusive - to better reflect and serve our users.
What you will own: As a Product Manager at Zepz, you'll join one of our Product Engineering teams that works to improve the core transactional journey.
You'll take ownership of specific parts of your team's overall roadmap within the payments domain.
We are growing fast and at a stage where we want to move fast with high stability.
So, you'll have to be comfortable with making progress with incomplete or imperfect information.
On Payments, you'll help accelerate our growth by improving the transaction experience either directly via a full-stack team or by improving the systems that support smooth transactions on the platform.
Responsibilities include: Developing and communicating a quarterly roadmap.
Work directly with the product lead to develop and scope high-impact features to drive KPI improvement.
Outcome focus.
Know what metrics you expect to move and track them to identify trends and respond quickly to signals and make data-driven prioritization decisions.
Stakeholder management.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders in Operations, Marketing, Data, and others to drive alignment and make decisions with the best information possible.
Building and prioritizing a Backlog.
Maintain a high-quality backlog of prioritized dev-ready work to maximize engineering effort impact and drive continuous improvement of the Sendwave product.
Contributing to a multi-quarter roadmap.
What you bring to the table: The ability to figure out what needs to get built and executed.
You probably have a few years of professional product management experience in a high-growth, data-intensive environment.
You may have shipped mobile features before.
You confidently scope fast iterations and make sure to deliver customer and/or business value constantly.
Passion for conducting user research and an eye for good design.
You know when small and qualitative research is ideal and when large and quantitative research is best.
You can't wait to get out into the field with our market launchers and then collaborate with designers to craft effective, delightful user experiences.
Clear communication skills.
You'll be making complex tradeoffs about what's best for our users and our business thoughtfully and collaboratively.
Data-savviness coupled with an inquisitive and investigative nature.
You have a technical background and a broad set of analytics skills.
You are driven by curiosity and are not afraid to learn or use new tools, write SQL, dig through tickets, dig into some code, or do whatever else it takes for you to frame questions and get data quickly so you and your teams can better understand a problem and prioritize solutions.
Desire to get your hands dirty.
You are willing, and excited, to roll up your sleeves and do whatever needs to be done.
Willingness to travel.
When in doubt, we get on a plane.
Visit our growth team in the field, join co-working sessions with fellow colleagues around the world and meet users where they are.
A degree (or equivalent experience) in a quantitative or technical field such as statistics, economics, engineering, or computer science.
Experience running or supporting a consumer-facing referral program.
Creativity, flexibility, and the ability to handle ambiguity gracefully.
An open mind with respect to diversity and inclusivity.
A familiarity with any of the communities we serve.
What we offer you: Please note that the benefits below will apply to permanent roles.
We have five core benefits for our talent in the US, UK, Philippines, Poland, and South Africa.
If you're not in one of those regions, don't worry - the Talent team can let you know what is available for you specifically: Unlimited Annual Leave: Most Zepz team members are eligible for unlimited annual leave.
Colleagues in customer-facing roles receive a competitive holiday allowance and four recharge days a year.
Private Medical Cover: You can opt-in to a Private Medical Insurance scheme for thorough medical coverage.
Retirement: We offer pension schemes to help you plan for and secure your future.
Life Assurance: Life assurance is available to give you peace of mind and protect your loved ones in case of the unexpected.
Parental Leave: We offer competitive parental leave schemes to ensure you spend quality time with your new bundle of joy.
In addition to the above, you will discover that we have a range of secondary perks depending on your location, to help you thrive at Zepz!
Why choose Zepz?
Our team of over 1,000 employees is fully distributed across the world.
We are working from coffee shops, homes, and co-working spaces — making us one of the larger fully distributed growth-stage startups in the world.
At Zepz, embodying our commitments binds us together.
We are collectively passionate about striving to achieve our vision and purpose - to continue to provide the best service to our users.
Ready to Apply?
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
If interested, please submit your resume along with a cover letter (optional), highlighting why your experience demonstrates you meet the requirements of the role.
Please also indicate the countries in which you have work authorization.
Confidence can sometimes hold us back from applying for a job.
But we'll let you in on a secret: there's no such thing as a 'perfect' candidate.
Zepz is a place where everyone can thrive.
