We are looking for a Product Manager who will be responsible for the competitive evolution of our Managed Hosting products (Web Hosting and Managed Servers).
Supported by the Head of Product, you will develop partnerships with teams across the company to deliver competitive hosting solutions to a global market. You will lead a small team of product owners in product requirements and priorities.
Competitive differentiation is multi-faceted, including platform - and software engineering, UX, customer workflow, pricing, marketing, customer service, legal aspects and the product discipline itself.
Multiple, experienced product owner peers already contribute to xneelo's core product line in various functional areas. You will work in partnership with the Head of Product and CEO to align on vision and execution strategies. You will be the champion for our managed hosting offerings, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our customers and deliver exceptional value.
Strong stakeholder management skills are of particular importance in this role.
Our preferred location for this role is in Durbanville, South Africa and we would explore your availability to relocate if required.
What you'll do Conduct market research, monitor industry innovations and perform competitive analysis.
Articulate and evolve the product roadmap and vision.
Work with your team to develop astute and pragmatic tactical responses to deliver product value and competitiveness.
Work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure you and the team provide for the company's short and long-term goals.
Collaborate with the Head of product and other product managers to develop a comprehensive product strategy for managed hosting solutions, including defining the product vision, roadmap, and strategic objectives and initiatives
Collaborate with Product Owners to define initiatives and features that delight our customers and help us reach our strategic objectives.
Track and analyse product performance metrics (e.g., customer acquisition, churn rate, revenue) to identify areas for improvement
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the managed hosting industry
Build and lead a high-performing team by fostering a culture of continuous learning, growth, and well-being.
Manage your own and the team's availability - given stakeholders across the globe, we sometimes need to join/host meetings outside typical office hours.
