About the role: We are seeking a Product Manager to join and take lead of the campaign support team. The role will focus on delivering innovative product experiences with an emphasis on client and user engagement. You will prioritize delivery, track benefits, and focus on improving product visibility and processes. Having experience with CX/UX or working with CX/UX designers would be beneficial. The role will drive the product roadmap, prioritize delivery, and align with business goals. The role is similar to a Product Owner with a focus on the following product requirements gathering, collaboration with dev teams, benefits tracking, project delivery management, communication, and stakeholder engagement. Implementation of system/process changes, vision formulation, continuous improvement, leadership, and team management. Ideal candidates will have experience in process improvement, preferably from industries like retail or financial services. Our ideal candidate has: 3-5 years' experience as a Product Manager OR 5 years experience as a Product Specialist/Owner. End-to-end experience in managing, developing, and delivering a product within a financial services, retail, or telecommunications company. Experience working within Jira and Confluence. Exposure to SDLC in an agile environment. Formulating a vision of the business processes/system environment requirements with input from the Software Development Manager. Communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business units. Authoring of documents relating to the product life cycle including business plans, product roadmap, business cases, and requirements and functional specifications. Ideal: UX/CX design experience.
