The Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our Research and Development team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in product management with a focus on engineering projects and be well-versed in Agile methodologies. The Product Manager will play a key role in driving the development and delivery of innovative products, ensuring they meet market needs and business objectives.

This position is based in St. George, Utah. Relocation for this role will be required for out of state and area applicants.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with overall business goals. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats. Define the product roadmap and prioritize features based on customer needs, market trends, and business priorities. Product Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to bring the product from concept to launch. Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications. Collaborate with development teams through the entire product development lifecycle. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation. Conduct competitive analysis to ensure the product maintains a competitive edge. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate the product vision and roadmap to internal teams, stakeholders, and executives. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies. Performance Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the product's performance against these metrics. Analyze data and feedback to make data-driven decisions for product improvement. Customer Focus: Gather and prioritize customer feedback through various channels. Advocate for the customer and ensure the product meets their needs and expectations. Required Work Experience, Skills & Abilities Qualifications: Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a related role. Strong project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Analytical and problem-solving mindset. Familiarity with agile development methodologies. Understanding of technology and ability to work closely with technical teams. Preferred Skills: Certification in product management (e.g., Certified Product Owner). Experience with product management tools and platforms. Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field required. Master's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field preferred. 4+ years of product or project development experience.
