Provide regular updates and recommendations to headquarters based on market intelligence.Client Needs Analysis: Collect and analyze clients' requirements and feedback regarding products. Collaborate with headquarters to enhance products to better meet the specific needs of the local market.Product Promotion: Drive the promotion and showcasing of new products to clients. Develop marketing collateral, presentations, and demonstrations to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value proposition.Implementation Support: Assist clients in the implementation of products, providing guidance, training, and support as needed to ensure successful adoption and usage.Sales Support: Collaborate with the Business Development team to develop and execute product sales strategies. Identify target markets, prospects, and opportunities to increase product market share. Provide input on pricing, positioning, and competitive differentiation.Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate, communicate, and educate between Business Development, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of products internally. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.3-5 years experience in product management roles within the payments industry is highly desirable.Excellent written and verbal proficiency in English is mandatory.South African Permanent Residency or citizenship is required.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and driving results in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to travel regularly and at short notice.Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from diverse departments and backgrounds.
