The key job responsibilities as the Product Manager in Cape Town will include: Spearhead the entire lifecycle of B2C iGaming products—from initial concept and strategic planning through to execution and launch.
Your focus will be on delivering an outstanding customer experience while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction at every stage.
Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
Prioritize product features and initiatives based on strategic objectives, user feedback, and market needs.
Partner with a variety of stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners (such as platform providers and third-party games & payment providers), to deliver innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations.
Work closely with design, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
Your role will be key in ensuring that communication remains clear, timelines are met, and high-quality products are consistently launched.
Define and implement rigorous testing protocols to ensure the product meets functional and quality standards.
Collaborate on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure all products are thoroughly tested before release.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
Report on product performance and outcomes to internal stakeholders, ensuring that data-driven insights are used to optimize future products.
