RequirementsDegree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Commerce field or relevant qualification3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager in a software development environmentCertification as a Scrum Product Owner (CSPO/SAFe) is a plusScrum Product Owner experience is highly advantageousStrong understanding of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience working in an agile environmentExperience with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and FigmaExperience with mobile app development, including Android and iOS platforms is highly preferredFamiliarity with social media and messaging platforms is advantageousResponsibilitiesDevelop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectivesCollaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and enhancementsDevelop and maintain metrics and KPIs to measure the performance of the product against established goals and objectivesGenerate regular reports on key product metrics, including usage, adoption, customer satisfaction, and revenueWork closely with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand and document product requirementsPrioritize feature backlog based on business value, customer feedback, and market analysisInvolvement in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint review meetingsCollaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budgetFoster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the product teamMonitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats
