We are looking for a proactive and experienced Bakery Product Manager to join our team.Duties & ResponsibilitiesCultivate strong customer relationships and establish solution-driven partnerships.Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver comprehensive support to customers and ensure satisfaction.Stay updated on Freddy Hirsch Group's (FHG) diverse range of bakery products and equipment, and effectively demonstrate their benefits through training sessions and presentations.Conduct thorough market research to recognize industry trends and tailor offerings to meet customer demands.Develop strategic plans to identify potential customers and convert leads into lucrative sales opportunities.Work collaboratively with customers and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to resolve equipment issues and integrate solutions into their business operations.Exhibit exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects concurrently and ensure timely completion.Desired Experience & QualificationBachelor's degree in Food Technology or Consumer Science.Proven experience (5-7 years) in baking technology, preferably in industrial-scale baking environments.Strong communication and relationship management skills.Effective task prioritization and time management abilities.Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required.Interested?Ready to drive sales and build lasting client relationships?
