It is essential that you have experience in flavour formulations within the sweet division.Duties & ResponsibilitiesRequirements:Diploma/Degree – Food Technology/Food Science2-5 years' experience with product developmentDeadline drivenStrong verbal and written communicationKnow how to put flavour/seasoning formulations togetherDuties:Formulate new flavoursFlavour modification on existing productsDevelop and manipulate application formulationCompounding of samplesConducting sensory panelsSource for new ingredients and evaluate raw materialsCompiling of product specifications and process methodsWhen applying, ensure your CV is in WORD or PDF format, and not scanned.
