This role will be pivotal in overseeing the product development lifecycle, from ideation through to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of product developers, analysing consumer trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create innovative products that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the product development process to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new product development and improvement of existing products.
Create and maintain product roadmaps in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate with design, engineering, and marketing teams to align product specifications and launch strategies.
Monitor product performance post-launch and implement necessary adjustments based on feedback and data analysis.
Foster a culture of innovation within the team through effective leadership and mentoring.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in product development or product management, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional project management skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in project management tools and software.
Knowledge of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies is a plus.
