This role offers the opportunity to drive business growth through strategic initiatives and innovative solutions, while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Define product objectives and strategy aligned with overall business goalsIdentify and prioritize strategic initiatives to achieve business objectivesDrive delivery of strategic and tactical initiativesGrow product income and customer baseMonitor and track product performance against customer expectations and business strategyDevelop and maintain unique Customer Value Propositions (CVPs) and customer journeysOversee product design, development, and implementationEnsure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirementsArticulate product strategies and considerations at relevant forumsPartner with various teams to deliver sales and growth initiativesGuide support functions to ensure delivery of expected customer experienceQualifications & Experience:Degree required, Honours or Masters degree advantageous5+ years experienceExperience in life insurance or bankingFuneral and low to middle income earners experienceExperience in acquisitions, customer value management/portfolio management or collections
