We are calling for suitable candidates to apply for the permanent position of a Product Development Manager who will be responsible for driving the marketing strategy and execution for IG products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including FSP and any other teams to ensure the successful launch and ongoing promotion of our products. Your role will involve market analysis, messaging development, content creation, and campaign execution to drive product awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field. Experience with product development methodologies. Proven experience in product marketing. Familiarity with social media advertising, and content marketing. Knowledge of design principles and experience working with creative teams. Valid Driver's License. Experience and Knowledge required Minimum of five (5) years' Product Development management experience. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines. Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as CRM, marketing automation, and analytics software. Key Performance Areas: Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends. Analyze market data to identify opportunities for product differentiation and positioning. Product Development and Messaging: Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences. Collaborate with product management to refine product features and benefits based on market feedback. Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and updates. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of launch plans. Content Creation: Create engaging and persuasive content including product collateral, sales materials, website content, and presentations. Work with creative teams to develop visual assets that support product messaging. Campaign Execution: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, social media, email, and events. Monitor campaign performance and optimize tactics to maximize ROI. Sales Enablement: Provide sales teams with the necessary tools and training to effectively sell products. Develop sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, battle cards, and product demos. Customer Insights: Gather feedback from customers and sales teams to inform product roadmap and marketing strategy. Use customer insights to identify opportunities for product improvements and new feature development.
