Job Duties:

Lead product development projects from concept to launch
Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences
Collaborate with cross-functional teams ( Marketing, Manufacturing, Sales and Finance) to ensure successful project execution
Utilise project design thinking methodologies to drive product innovation
Manage the full product lifecycle, from idea generation to commercialization
Oversee manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and consistency

Required Qualifications:

Degree or Diploma in Marketing
Degree or Diploma in Product Design

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

Proven experience in product development and project management
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results
Experience with new product launches in the FMCG industry
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Project Management
Experience working in the beverage industry
