Product Developer / Merchandiser

Oversee the complete development process including conducting product research, identify existing and new on-trend products in the market, re-engineer products to optimise quality and cost efficiency, oversee the entire product sampling process, develop and build ranges to suit customer needs and present ranges to customers.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related fieldPrevious experience in merchandising, or supply chain management in the textile or manufacturing industryStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in MS OfficeAttention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of textile manufacturing processes and quality standardsStrong organizational and time management skills
