Product Designer – Wall Art

We are working on behalf of an industry-leading homeware supplier, that are looking to recruit a Product Designer to join their talented team across wall-art and artwork ranges.
The Product Designer will work with the production team to investigate different treatments and materials to create innovative wall art products.
Product Designer – ResponsibilitiesSourcing new artists/designers, and briefing new and existing artists/designers and selecting images and artworks.Reworking artworks and selecting frames and finishes to enhance the artwork.Attending trade fairs and carrying out trend research.Attending customer meetings, presenting ranges and working to customer briefs.Developing mouldings and wall art materials.Additional Information Although the Product Designer is not hands-on designing, it is essential they come from a design background and have experience in working with Photoshop and Illustrator, ideally with knowledge of and experience in either home furnishings, wall coverings or the greeting cards industries.
The Product Designer will have a keen commercial eye, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
