Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Product Designer to not only modify our core app product features but to redesign many of the flows to make them better. We expect our designer to iteratively create a design framework and components for use across the platforms. Our biggest problem at the moment is getting from "functional" to "wow."

We have a strong team of founders with experience in marketplace building, growth markets, technology, and financial services. Our CPO, Azeem, leads the product and engineering team and has built amazing products at companies like Housing.com, Qure.ai, and ShopX.
Outsized has over 40,000 quality assured independent consultants on the platform and over 100 global enterprises, including some of the biggest global consulting firms and multi-nationals.

THIS ROLE WILL INVOLVE
Gaining a deep understanding of customer experience, identifying and filling product gaps, and generating new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.
Directing product decisions: Your insights and design expertise will guide our product development.
Fast-paced creation and development: Your designs will quickly come to life on our platforms.
Building engaging experiences and interfaces: You'll create user-friendly and visually pleasing interfaces that engage and delight our users.
Utilizing Figma and Hotjar: You'll harness the power of Figma to achieve our design goals.
Creating workable and quick wireframes to assist in pre-UI design prep and testing.
Balancing deliverables across long-term and short-term deadlines.
Maintaining and developing the product design system and guidelines.
Representing the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in UI/UX with significant work at early and mid-stage startups and B2B SaaS products.
A macro-to-micro mindset: Comfortable thinking about the big picture and the smallest details.
Resilience and adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
Clear and concise communication: Effectively communicate your design ideas and take feedback well.
Pixel-perfect attention to detail: Ensure no minor inconsistencies slip through.
Some engineering experience: Speak the language of our developers.

Other considerations:
This role will be HYBRID if in Singapore, Capetown, or Kuala Lumpur.
This role will be REMOTE with an expectation of travel 2-4 times a year if elsewhere.
Budget: The budget is dependent on the location of the individual.
