Our client is seeking a Product Applications Specialist to develop and implement the appropriate technical standards in innovation and renovation of products.ResponsibilitiesProduct application trials on new products.Development of products and new markets.Customer training.On site testing and evaluation of products as required by clients.New product development for butchers and large factories in the interests of generating new markets.Liaising with customers along with Senior Food Technologists.Technical advisory services to butchers including consulting on product quality.Production capacities and efficiencies.Implementation of quality control/assurance systems in order to increase production output and shelf life of products.Researching potential new markets for new business.Analyzing and reporting on sales leads linked to clients.SkillsTeam orientated.Customer focus and delivering expectations.Task focused.Adaptable and responsive to change.Self-resilience and initiative.QualificationsBachelors/Master in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Food Science.
