Job Description To identify and implement enhancements on existing products and procedures as well as effectively manage all operational aspects of the specific product.
Managing system defects that impact the business and customer by ensuring timeous communication and resolution is achieved. Overseeing Production Support in terms of building Scripts; Managing HASS Levels (Role IDs) and overseeing PCDs. Unpacking capacity requirements and presenting budgets requirements for Cash Investments Operations. Tax reporting (IT3b and IT3s) for all accounts that reside on the Hogan system. This role covers Retail & Commercial segments as well as Broader Africa. This is an extremely time-sensitive role that requires a high attention to detail regarding Reconciliations, Out of Balance accounts, Negative Balances, OTPs, etc. The function works closely with Segment Tax and Group Tax. The complexity of the capabilities that report into this role is significant. It's technical; requires a deep understanding of the FNB business; of Data; of Financials and new Product impacts. An understanding of the world of technology and BI is a requirement as well.
