Job Description To provide operational support to the business through the effective delivery of existing products and solutions.
Conducts analysis and research to provide business insight required for the successful implementation of new products. Prevent wastage and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs. Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation. Deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards. Initiate and manage product research, data mining and data analysis to ensure sustainability and future competitive growth. Provide an administration service that meets time and quality standards and includes reporting and updating of all relevant information. Continuously assess own performance, seek timely and clear feedback and request training where appropriate. Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships within business and/or across the FRG.
