Product Administrator

We are an established short-term rental agency based in Bloubergstrand. Our proactive and dynamic team manages a growing portfolio of short-term holiday rentals along the West Coast and Atlantic Seaboard.
As we expand our property portfolio, we would like to welcome a hardworking and goal-orientated Product Administrator to join our team. This position would suit someone with a lot of energy, who is willing to go above and beyond.
What we're looking for:
As a Product Administrator, you will manage and optimize the product offerings within our portfolio. This role involves overseeing the property listing process, ensuring accurate and appealing representation of properties, coordinating with various departments, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance the overall guest experience.
What you'll do:

Property Listing Management
Product Optimization
Coordinate and Communicate with Property Owners and Management Team
Data Management and Reporting
Compliance and Quality Assurance

Qualifications:
Proven experience in property management, product administration, or a similar role in the short-term rental or hospitality industry.
Skills and Competencies:

Strong Organisational and Multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in using online booking platforms
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-orientated environment
