Minimum Requirements: National Diploma: Supply Chain Management / Procurement.2-3 years' experience in Procurement / Supply Chain.Procurement Processes.Administration and organisational skills.
Minimum work experience: Ensure all commercial activities within the Procurement Department have been ratified in terms of legal and financial requirementsEnsure the supply to site is done with the shortest possible lead time, using best quality, best price and best practiceManage and maintain CHG's supplier database in collaboration with cross functional team membersTake a proactive approach to risk management, ensuring risks and issues are identified, addressed and reported and, where appropriate, escalatedIdentify innovative ways to improve business practices, processes and synergies to save costs, increase efficiencies and improve service deliveryEffectively manage supplier queries.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve procurement objectivesImplement, manage, and report on cost improvement objectives and communicate or escalate any shortfallsDevelop audit reports and contribute towards the development of reporting standards across the functionAnalyse information and reports to identify trends, discrepancies and inconsistencies Closing date for applications: 15 August 2024 Submit your CV and covering letter to ****** before the closing date.
