Procurement Officer? Daily / Weekly / Monthly Inventory Procurements in line with business requirements aligned to Sales signed off by Directors before Purchase Orders are placed with Suppliers.? Submit monthly / quarterly / 6 month Procurement order plan in line with Business requirements.? Create & Maintain sustainable supplier base.? Analyse / Access Quality of Products.? Manage Branch Buy Outs from respective sales individuals including Logistics.? Daily / Weekly / Monthly reporting to Directors on Inventory movements.? Weekly reporting on Buy Out Inventory to Management.? Enhance Supplier base to acquire new products which will enhance sales.? Study / report on loss / profit making products.? Analysing internal processes between sales & stock requirements.? Identify customer product needs.? Effective negotiation of pricing and payment terms with suppliers.
