This unique role based in Fourways, Johannesburg combines expertise in procurement, finance, and facilities management, making it a critical position within our organization. The ideal candidate will hold a Finance degree and has held a position supporting both the facilities and procurement processes of the business for 3-5 years. On the procurement side, you will be responsible for developing and managing stock control systems to maintain optimal inventory levels. Your facilities support experience will equip you to assist the Facilities Manager in overseeing a large estate, including scheduling, tracking, organizing, and planning for maintenance activities. This role also involves managing all outsourced activities and conducting regular facility inspections to ensure everything is running smoothly. Critical to the role is your experience in creating, implementing and controlling both procurement and OHS related policies.
