Converting purchase requisition to purchase orders, in line with procure to pay process. Executing end-to-end RFX processes and managing queries related to procure to pay process. Setting up Contracts /Service Level Agreements with selected suppliers and managing contract register accordingly. Identifying savings opportunities and prepare monthly savings report. Ensuring that the procurement of goods and services is consistent with the procurement policy and business requirements. Developing and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders. Identifying process improvements and aligning processes with Procurement Policy. Performing any other work delegated/assigned within Indirect Procurement and reporting as necessary. Minimum Skills required. Grade 12. Must have a Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management or at least NQF level 6 qualification. 3-5 years' experience in procurement of industrial commodities in a Manufacturing environment. Understanding of vendor on-boarding procedures and material master data related requests. Must have proven experience in executing projects as required and support internal customers. Must have working knowledge of contracts, RFx and BBBEE. Must have SAP R/3 experience; and be computer literate in MS Office suit. and Must have driver's license and own reliable transport. Behavioral Competencies required. Excellent problem solving, analytical skills and commercially minded. Must have excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to organize workload, adapt quickly to change, and deliver under the pressure of deadlines, and Must be willing to travel to suppliers.
