Procurement Officer

Key Responsibilities: Manage and execute purchase orders while maintaining precise record-keeping and documentation. Liaise with suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Ensure compliance with procurement processes, policies, and AS9100 quality standards. Maintain accurate and detailed procurement records using ERP systems. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement operations. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of procurement experience, with at least 2-5 years in the manufacturing or automation sector. In-depth ERP experience and familiarity with AS9100 standards. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
