Procurement Manager - Materials

Develop and execute fact-based category strategies on a regional level in close alignment with stakeholders.
Budget, costs and price management.
Quality management.
Plan and lead sourcing projects, engaging stakeholders and required cross functional resources.
Define supplier base and secure capacity, plan and coordinate implementation (timeline, resources, cost, quality).
Comply with Safety, Health and Environment standards.
Manage and facilitate change management.
People management & development.
Manage spend; monitor compliance to category strategies/ approved vendor lists.
Manage supplier development/ performance and setup / contribute to supplier relationship programs with key suppliers.
Ensure compliance of the category strategies and sourcing projects with AECI Procurement Guidelines/Policy, Directive as well as legal and regulatory requirements and supply strategies.
