Procurement Coordinator

Job Opportunity: Procurement Coordinator Purpose : Manage the acquisition of goods, materials, and services to support production needs.
Responsibilities Forecast material requirements and ensure timely procurement.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, production, and warehousing teams.
Build and maintain vendor relationships.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Manage purchase orders and inventory alignment with production schedules.
Requirements Degree or Supply Chain Diploma (e.g., SAPICS) advantageous.
At least 3 years in FMCG or a similar role.
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Experience with procurement systems (e.g., Sage Evolution, SAP, Syspro).
Strong purchasing and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong analytical thinking and ability to multitask under pressure.
Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency and financial awareness.
