French Fluency is a must Knowledge of Africa Export Relevant Degree / QualificationPrevious Procurement and customer experienceThe Role Daily customer order receipt and placement to suppliers within the agreed target lead times.Educating distributors on their order manner and actions - improve order mannerSourcing: ensuring this is conducted daily basis / within agreed time frames.Issue quotations / proforma invoices to distributors within the agreed timeframesAssist distributors with back-order enquiries.Monitor customer enquiries on pricing and support queriesJoin team leader on supplier meetings and KPI reviews - raise any operational challenges and support with countermeasures/improvement areas.Daily communication and relationship with SuppliersCommunication with customers on new productsPrepare an action plan for any areas of concern from monthly meetings with distributorsPrepare weekly order update reports for various distributionsFollow up with distributors on payments on timeProcessing all orders dailyAnswer distributor queries within 24 hrsBuild good relationships with distributors & suppliers.
