Job Description: Maintain BBBEE register with data, certificate verification and Audit Manage Credit applications Manage Tender documentation and processes Manage fuel financial indicators and fleet cards register Manage cash deposits and reconciliation Assist with supplier queries and price lists Assist with packing material procurement Maintain contract prices on SAGE and approve price lists Collate data for monthly reporting and manage reports Ad-hoc projects Job Requirements: BCom Degree (Finance/ Procurement/ Supply), NQF level 7 MS Office experience SAGE experience will be advantageous Must have strong administrative, analytical and communication skills Two to three years experience in a similar role Must enjoy working in a dynamic and fast paced environment Willingness to learn & improve effectiveness
