Procurement Clerk

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in procurement, with a strong emphasis on stock level monitoring, supplier liaison, and inventory management. Key Responsibilities: Stock Level Monitoring & Forecasting: Accurately monitor and forecast stock levels to ensure optimal inventory is maintained, avoiding overstocking or stock-outs. Supplier Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring the timely delivery of quality products. Inventory Audits: Conduct regular inventory audits to verify stock levels, ensuring all discrepancies are investigated and resolved promptly. Dispatch & Courier Coordination: Oversee the dispatch process, coordinating with couriers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods. Purchase Orders: Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies, ensuring all procurement activities are documented and tracked. Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Education: Post-Matric qualification in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field is recommended.
