The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in procurement, with a strong emphasis on stock level monitoring, supplier liaison, and inventory management.Key Responsibilities:Stock Level Monitoring & Forecasting: Accurately monitor and forecast stock levels to ensure optimal inventory is maintained, avoiding overstocking or stockouts.Supplier Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring timely delivery of quality products.Inventory Audits: Conduct regular inventory audits to verify stock levels, ensuring all discrepancies are investigated and resolved promptly.Dispatch & Courier Coordination: Oversee the dispatch process, coordinating with couriers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.Purchase Orders: Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies, ensuring all procurement activities are documented and tracked.Minimum Qualification and Experience:Education: Post-matric qualification in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field is recommended.Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a procurement role, preferably within the healthcare retail industry.How to Apply:If you meet the criteria and are prepared for a stimulating and fulfilling career opportunity, we encourage you to apply directly or contact Pabalelo Morena.
