To support our continued growth, we are seeking a Procurement and Marketing Administrator to manage tender applications, procurement activities, and marketing functions within the firm. Job Description:
The role demands an individual who is organized, proactive, and capable of managing procurement processes. Key Responsibilities:Procurement (Tender Opportunities and Compliance Management):
Identify and evaluate relevant tender opportunities for the firm, particularly in the audit, accounting, and consulting sectors.Complete and submit tender applications in compliance with the requirements of each opportunity.Coordinate and compile necessary documents.Track and manage tender submissions and follow up with clients to ensure timely receipt and feedback.Maintain records and outcomes.Keep abreast of any changes in tendering policies, government regulations, and compliance requirements. Marketing and Branding:
Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to increase the firm's brand visibility and attract new business opportunities.Manage the firm's online presence, including updating the website and social media platforms with relevant content, such as case studies, client testimonials, and service offerings.Organize and support the execution of marketing campaigns, including client events, webinars, and industry conferences.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Administrative Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the procurement and marketing teams.Assist with general office administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations across all departments. Procurement Deliverables:
Timely and accurate identification and submission .An up-to-date and organized database of tender opportunities and related documents, with regular reports on submissions and outcomes.Monthly procurement and tender status reports. Marketing Deliverables:
Execute at least two marketing campaigns per quarter.Weekly updates on social media platforms.Successful organization and execution of at least two events or seminars per year aimed at promoting the firm's services and building client relationships.Monthly marketing performance reports.
Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in a procurement role.Experience in marketing, preferably in the professional services Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with suppliers, clients, and stakeholders.
