The Procurement Administrator will be responsible for managing procurement processes, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely availability of materials and components needed for manufacturing operations.
The role requires a proactive individual with strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupplier Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions, and manage supplier performance.Procurement Process: Execute purchase orders, track orders, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and alignment with production schedules.Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and manage replenishment cycles to prevent shortages while optimizing stock turnover rates.Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, ensure compliance with company policies, and assist in internal audits.Reporting: Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance for management review.
