Requirements: Grade 12 completed 1-2 years experience within a procurement/buying environment MS office Fraxion and bitrix – would be major advantage Duties and Responsibilities: All administrative duties for the procurement department Processing of orders Collation of supplier documentation BEE certification certificates Processing materials via Fraxion spend management system ( FSM) Processing study material orders via Fraxion Capturing supplier tax invoices via Fraxion Query resolutions via LMS/Procurement helpdesk Processing queries received via bitrix Reporting – backorder stats, procurement helpdesk stats
