Job Requirements: Must be well groomed & presentableWork extremely accuratelyExcellent communication skills (English & Afrikaans)Excellent computer skills (advanced MS Excel & Word)Excellent verbal and written skills (English & Afrikaans)Own transport essential (valid driver's licence)Knowledge of accounting and accounting systems5 years of procurement work experience Job Duties: Maintain stock levels by keeping to the prescribed minimum stock quantitiesMonthly stock-taking to ensure the accuracy of all inventoriesAll transactions entered into the financial system (Sage X3)Month-end reporting to the financial managerLiaise with suppliers regularly to ensure timely delivery and serviceLiaise with the portfolio manager regarding orders and invoices at all timesMaintain good client service to customers and suppliersBalancing supplier-detailed ledgers and preparing payment requestsTrack, trace, and expedite purchase ordersAssist portfolio managers with inquiries and quotationsAssist technicians with stand-by stock and managing the processMaintain high security and proper control of company assets
