Sappi Ngodwana is looking for a Process Trainee to gain practical work experience that will enable the trainee to become employable.
As a Process Trainee, you will be responsible for: Completing the development plan in the allotted time of 6 months from the date of commencement.Completing section specific training curriculum as per the requirements of the position profiles in the section within the agreed timeframe.Meeting performance standards as defined in the development plan and curriculum.Completing general and plant specific induction.Completing legal training as per mill and section requirement.Maintaining a high level of good housekeeping in the workplace at all times.Conducting regular Behavioural Based Safety observations.Achieving plant licensing competency within the agreed timeframe of the training plan.Maintaining good working relationships with assigned coach and mentors in the section.Keeping the training program up to date and communicating any barriers that hindered the progress of the training program.Adhering to the Code of Ethics.Participating in shift activities when required.What are we looking for?
