In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the production processes, ensuring efficient and safe operations, and implementing improvements to enhance overall plant performance.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, troubleshoot production issues, and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for optimization.
