Hire Resolve is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Process Technologist to join their client's team in Saldanha.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the production processes, ensuring efficient and safe operations, and implementing improvements to enhance overall plant performance.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, troubleshoot production issues, and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for optimization.
Additionally, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, conducting risk assessments, and implementing best practices to achieve product quality and maximize throughput.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Process Technologist in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and process optimization techniques.
Proficiency in data analysis and process improvement methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards in the manufacturing industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
