The role involves monitoring, adjusting, and maintaining process equipment, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with process, quality, tooling, projects, maintenance and production teams to implement process improvements.Documentation ControlCollaborationProcess Monitoring and ControlProcess ImprovementProblem SolvingPeople Development & Training Duties & Responsibilities:Documentation ControlMaintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of PIs, WIs, FMEAs, Process Check Sheets.Train Shift Leaders according to standardized documents.Prepare reports on production performance, process deviations, and improvement efforts.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs). CollaborationWork closely with cross-functional teams.Collaborate with process, quality, tooling, maintenance, projects and production teams for ongoing support and troubleshooting. Process Monitoring and Control:Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment.Ensure production processes adhere to established standards and specifications.Adjust machine settings and parameters to maintain optimal performance.Complete daily Process Checks Process Improvement:Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement (ME, TQM).Collaborate with process, quality, tooling, maintenance, projects and production teams to develop and implement process improvements.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as A3 Problem Solving, Gemba Walks, Kaizen, 5S, Total Quality Management, Manufacturing Excellence Program, Hoshin Kanri.Use statistical and financial data to justify Kaizens Problem Solving:Identify and analyze production issues, determining their root causes.Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve production problems promptly.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address complex issues.Continuously seek opportunities to anticipate and prevent potential problems.
