Position: Process Technician We are ideally seeking candidates with expertise and qualifications in the following areas: Technical Qualification as Electrician or Instrumentation Technician or equivalent with minimum 3 years' experience in related fields.
Must be competent in Microsoft Office, especially EXCEL, POWERPOINT, WORD and OUTLOOK.
Very good verbal and written communication skills – must be able to lead meetings and communicate professionally via e-mail.
Must be mathematically inclined.
Must be analytical and systematic in problem solving.
Must be able to effectively work under pressure.
Must have good inter-personnel skills in a multi-cultural environment.
Must be able to work effectively in multi-functional teams and individually.
Must be able to work flexible hours / shifts and overtime as and when required.
Must have own transport.
You will be responsible to: All Process Engineering responsibilities according to procedures, requirements and target setting as per management decision and QM-System.
Control of specification and documentation for product / process and procedures.
Control of Change Management of product / process and procedures.
Continuously evaluate process and procedures for economy / efficiency / performance and for compliance to specifications.
Development of strategies and action plans for continuous improvement of processes and procedures in cooperation with all departments and then support of introduction of measures to departments.
Further responsibilities as per assignment by management (e.g.
projects, OHSfunctions,etc.).
Project Management for Change Management / Sampling / Prototyping Projects as per assignment.
New equipment commisioning and release.
Production support in terms of problems solving and breakdown support to resolve breakdowns promptly in order to limit down time.
