Process Technician

We act for a leading manufacturing company in the Pietermaritzburg area, currently seeking a dedicated Process Technician to carry out processes, process monitoring and evaluation- ensuring that the correct specification and procedures are followed.
Key Requirements: Diploma in Rubber Technology/Polymer Technology.
1+ experience in rubber production industry.
Key Responsibilities: Sampling and assessing products for quality standards, accurately recording findings.
Audit material weighing and checking if description of the material Controlling of non-conformances.
Responsible for rework instruction to be followed and give feedback to the technical team.
Supervising production run, ensuring loading sequence is adhered to, checking if all chemicals are weighed as per formulation.
